Learn about Chef Art Smith’s culinary journey and get inspired this holiday season. A two-time James Beard Award winner, Smith believes cooking is the best way to connect with people. After training at the Florida Culinary Institute and in France, he became Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef and opened the acclaimed restaurant Table Fifty-Two, known for modern Southern dishes and local ingredients.
This event is made possible by Illinois Libraries Present (ILP), a statewide collaboration among public libraries offering premier events.
