Event Details

Some of the movies filmed in Chicago have quite the haunted tales underlying them. This lecture will look at how their spooky and spiritual elements emerged against the backdrop of Chicago’s most iconic neighborhoods. Examples include the legend of Candy Man, life after death in Flatliners, and spiritual murders in Nightmare on Elm Street and more.
