Bessie Coleman was both the first African American woman and the first woman of Native American descent to earn her pilot's license. After acquiring her license from the Federation Aeronautique Internationale, she came to the Chicagoland area where she frequently performed aerobatic stunts. Join us to watch Sherrie Tolliver bring Coleman's story to life.
